Justin Kase
Sounds great, but I am also Sans-photos... can't wait to see 'em though ;) Edit: @ The Angelus Sanctus : Thanks for the tip! The pics look pretty cool, would be nice to get bigger shots from the original people in order to get a clearer view for archive purposes :) I have a slightly different Stormbolter idea, I shaved the left side off of one bolter, the right off another and glued them together - used some GS to clean it up, moved the target notch and laser sight to the center (removing the extra) and added the manual eject pull to the left side. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/JustinKase/GoldenEagles/Elite/Terminator-SB_PF_Left.jpg Another neat idea to go along with your arm swap, is to cut and flip the left hand so it looks like the marine is trying to keep the weapon from kicking back or he is holding it slightly more at ease (sorry my example is from a Meltagun, but it illustrates the idea - which I think I nipped from Barph with one of his bolter guys). http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/JustinKase/GoldenEagles/Tactical/Meltagun.jpg
Justin Kase
..here is a Strap shot for you as well : http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/JustinKase/GoldenEagles/Tactical/Tactical-Painted-Sarge_Bolter_Auspex-Right.jpg Yet another category might be adding bayonets & other close combat bitz, or even adding "fold out" stocks to them. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v284/JustinKase/GoldenEagles/Tactical/Tactical-Painted-Bolter_Bayonet-Front.jpg

ravenwing
and don't forget the most easy-made conversion, the sawn-off bolter (made for boarding actions and city-fighting). homestarrunner
you could use the kroot strapes for the slung-over bolter. man this is great, if only i had some tactical marines spare!
IronWinds
Hmm my sub machine gun bolter. I had a squad with botlers and I wanted pistols so it was handy at the time. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66/IronWinds/Picture028.jpghttp://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y66/IronWinds/Picture029.jpg
SCC
There's always the Filienostos Pattern Bolt Pistol: http://www.fortressmonastery.iinet.net.au/gallery/bc_ts/Rhadamanthys.jpg As carried by Veteran Sergeant Rhadmanthys of the Brazen Claws, who of course, is now a member of the Legio Bolter & Chainsword...must get around to painting him in LBC colours... Pretty simple conversion, just get a plastic autopistol from the old CC weapons sprue, chop off the barrel and add it to the end of a bolt pistol, simple really ;) I also added a slightly longer clip to this pistol, just to balance out the extra barrel length but I don't think that's really necessary... theripper_42
hi all, thanks for the pm lastman. unfortunatley the gallery i had saved the photos in was deleted for whatever reason, so the photos that i had saved have been lost to the warp. some of the links still work, the ones that link to other peoples galleries and whatnot. i cant remember now where i got the photos from, i know there is a list of people i took them from but i dont know anymore than that. my deepest regrets rip

GeneralStukov
Combi weaponry is really easy to do, Its just one weapon connected to another in some way, hmmm I'd cut that grip off and add on abit of the flamer, give it a flamer tank somewhere, other then that I cant really help yea without having those items infront of me.. Gyson_Vore
I made a combi flamer by taking a bolt pistol and removing the clip, putting an imperial guard (cadian) flamer nozzel underneath, and pu on some grenades to represent a one use fuel source.
