  1. It's probably the caffeine speaking, but when I read this I imagined a Rippers Vs Nurglings box set with a scenario booklet for swarm vs. swarm games and how to use swarms vs other Kill Teams. Imagine a vicious battle in the bilges of a space hulk or the literal guts of a Hive-ship where "normal" sized operatives couldn't even fit.
  2. Oh wow. Is that a Furibundus? Talk about a nostalgia hit, especially with that nice flat plate to paint teeth on :)
  3. I would be pretty happy if the next chapter in Titus's story pit him against Necrons, with elements of the Mechanicus as the Imperial liason/support/source of intrigue. Then, if in the Third or Fourth Act, Chaos takes over the plot, I would hope that either Titus rescues/ fights alongside Leandros, who has to say something nice, or perhaps at the outer edge of wishlisting, Leandros ends up possessed, after which nature takes its course. I also wonder if SM3 will have more elements of a "Live Service" or even "MMO" type game.
  4. I am hoping that she just has a nails-esque hairstyle as a tribute to her Legion, based off no evidence beyond my squinting at the photos.
  5. What a surprise to see Lotara in miniature form! I love the "invisible orange" left hand grip! I feel that she shouldn't be getting her boots dirty on a terrestrial battlefield, but maybe there's use for the model painted like a gold statue and used as an objective marker?
  6. Very nice! I wonder if there will be a plastic Ordinatus Ulator or Mole at some point in the future...
  7. The cone heads will be excellent on chaos spawn, if those are still a thing.
  8. Nice! Also, it's extra disturbing because the enemy never sees the sword move because it never leaves the pox fog. Enemies just charge into the smog bank, and you hear the snicker-chunk! of a heavy blade swinging, maybe see some flashes of metal on metal contact, and then ... the Lord strides out of the murk, unhurried and unharmed.
  9. Outstanding stuff! Congrats to all of those who will be breaking their wallets at the altar of perfection!
  10. I liked him before, and I definitely like him now. The hints about the fog he generates obscuring troops sounds pretty awesome for game purposes too!
  11. Savor the exquisite anticipation/ torment of ever-slowing time?
  12. Something Something quantum state is affected by observation... Something Something you're both right until you open the package... Something Something ... complete ... :)
  13. "The names of their targets are ancient, known to every slave child of the Eye and murmured by every cult-priest over every altar. Cadia. Nemesis Tessera. Belis Corona. Scellus." The Lords of Silence (Wraight, 272) I get that Cadia is a famous name, a recognizable part of the larger brand but there are other worlds in the sector, any of which could be the setting for an awesome 40K story. Maybe in the future when they feel that the story is better established?
  14. Pretty cool! I'm interested to see what the power pack/ fleshy growth/ pipes looks like assembled. As it is, with the tactical rock, and casual gauntlet resting on the sheathed/stowed sword, he gives off a patient, observant leader type. For me it's an insta-buy regardless of rules.
