Hi Folks,   As my models enlisted in the CtA25 are slowly drying, I used the time left between to thin layers to drill and pin some various old white metal bits all together. The result is a flying oddity, closely related to a fantasy dwarf lord but fiotted with an enlarged ork chainchoppa and Stormboyz rokkits (as jetpack). A good proxy for a Smash Captain; a proxy Deamonprince or and other flying Harrken from CSM. In a nutshell, a chaos turned Votann Lord!!!

Shrinking Pile of Shame

Hi Folks,   As some may have read in my previous entries (in this Blog or another) I've moved from my previous location to a new one a couple of months ago. It has been a big opportunity to sort out all bitz, spare parts, unassemnblied, unpainted and unboxed stuff I had in my numerous closets and crates. As my journey to clean my Pile of Shame started during Lock down, I sincerly though I had done most of the job already. Most maybe not in reality but a serious part surely. H

A never ending story

Hi folks,   I just spent the past week hobbying on something different. It has been a very long time I did not spend time on stuff not 40k or HH related; so I decided to dig up some old dwarves I had untouched since the release of the battle for skull pass. New Year / NO New Army - a 2024 (tentative) plan(ning)

Hi folks, hope 2023 ended well and that 2024 will reserve some nice hobbying surprises for all of you.   As far as I am concerned, 2023 has been a very busy hobbying year. As much or even busier than Lock-down period. The Call-to-Arms 2023 Challenge is certainly partly responsible of that state of fact (  ), even if no one forced me to enrol myself. Reset of my Eldar army - thinking about a second vow for Call-to-Arms 2023...

Something that I like from B&C and participating to these forums and BLogs is how it gives me will for completing projects. Challenges helps in that sense. For example I joined because of/thanks to the BCK Vehicle Challenge: it was the motivation I needed to complete a conversion I had started but left with close to zero progress for months (years).
