I really quite enjoyed exemplary battles when they were a thing and was quite frankly gutted once they went, no matter I'll just make my own with 40k kits and other delights!

My first battle is the Battle of Skallic a two part mini campaign myself and friend played a few weeks back to test out some 30k in 40 minute rules I converted from 3rd ed 40k.

It pits the Death guard vs Salamanders on a fungal agri world in my 30/40k narrative setting The Cathedra Sector
