Alright, I've built a list that no one seems to hate, but will probably be invalidated when 11th Edition rolls around.

I have 2 insane conversion ideas that I'm gathering bits for:

1. The Ancient will be in Grey Knight power armour, carrying a Standard that's not the Blood Ravens and loaded down with "gifts" from other chapters.

2. Vulkan He'stan will be in Adeptus Custodes armour with some other ideas I'm still working on.

Here's my current list (feel free to tell me how awesome it is, and how great of a list maker I am...).

Looks pretty achievable, the only adjustment I'd suggest is splitting the Infernus Marines to 5 with the Judicier in Month 9

Additionally, (shameless self-plug incoming....) that looks like a good template to paticipate in the 12 Months of Hobby Challenge for 2026,

HERE is 2025's thread.

The basic premiss is 1+ model a month.

Thanks for the advice.

I made the changes.

What do I need to do to join the 12 Months of Hobby Challenge for 2026?

The 2026 12MoH Challenge will be run as a Club, it will however be linked in the WIP Forum (TBC shortly...) for ease of access. Each month you'll need to place a "Vow" pledging at least one model for the month. The Club has been created HERE, and is ready to go for January vows if you so choose. It even has provisions for a "Plodding Along" Vow, which is a slow-burn project completed slowly over the course of the year, the Knight could be appropriate for this.

My first trick will be figuring out how to make a Grey Knight hold a banner.  Any ideas?
