Just a quick layout of my current, in-progress units for my CSM. Leaders will have what they are in-game after their name/title, units will have their loadouts after their name. Sub-leaders are two categories- for the Ebon Word they are members of a kill-team/trainee-style leaders that do not have full lore breakdowns. For the Shrikeborn, sub-leaders are unit champions who will have full lore breakdowns. The split comes because the Ebon Word is very character/leader-heavy, where the Shrikeborn have few "HQ" leaders and are more run by the unit leaders.

At the moment all models/squads are either built or ordered (just have 2 squads and 1 leader in transit) and all lore posts have been created. Its looking like I will start my painting journey in June, so I'm pretty excited to see how that goes. If all goes well this will be my main painting focus for the last half of the year, with some other small projects here and there to make sure I don't lose focus. My Crusade group will hopefully start up a new campaign in the fall using 11th edition rules and I plan on putting this army in the mix to see how they do, so I've got a goal to get at least a decent amount of these creepy boys done before it starts.
