Origins and Early Life 

Gwenthar Mor was born on the Firestorm-class Frigate Bloody Fearless, The Frigate was attacked by a splitter fleet of  Hive Fleet Cthulhu.The ship was lost but Gwenthar’s parents were able to get her off ship before it was destroyed. She was recovered by scavenger crews looking for salvage in the Ichar system.     She was selected by the Schola Progenium for her exceptional reflexes, eidetic memory, and emotional detachment. At age 12, she was transferred to the Temple of the Callidus on Terra, where she underwent polymorphine conditioning. 

Her training was marked by extreme psychological trials. Unlike many Callidus operatives who lose themselves in their masks, Gwenthar retained a core identity: cold, analytical, and quietly defiant. Her instructors noted a rare trait, she could mimic not just appearance, but emotional cadence, making her impersonations disturbingly convincing. 

Notable Operations

Operation Veilspire (988.M41)

Infiltrated a rogue planetary governor’s court by impersonating his concubine. Assassinated him during a public ceremony using a neurotoxin-laced kiss. Escaped via sewer conduit during a riot she orchestrated.

The Kharon Eclipse (989.M41)

Disrupted a Tau infiltration cell by posing as a Water Caste envoy. Her extraction required orbital bombardment after she triggered a civil war between two allied PDF regiments.

Operation Face Off (990.M41)

In the Hive Spire Varnak, Gwenthar infiltrates and dismantles the cult known as The Choir of the Thousand Eyes. On this mission, she would meet and aid Sabrina Nerys, agent of Lord Inquisitor Lanto Dannyrer. The pair would fall in love and Gwenthar recruited into the ranks of Lord Dannyrer.

Kovarn’s Hollow (998.M41)

Gwenthar posing as a labor overseer infiltrates the Cult of the Four-armed Emperor on Kovarn’s Hollow with the help of Sabrina Nerys. The cult is purged by the inquisition but Gwenthar is poisoned by the Primus Father Clutch. She is placed into medical stasis, until an antidote can be made.        

Dengamar Prime (011.M42)

Dispatched by Lord Inquisitor Lanto Dannyrer to eliminate Gul Dumir, suspected of harboring a genestealer cult. Infiltrated the Palace of Glass under multiple disguises. Assassination attempt failed due to psychic detection by Dumir’s Bloodspeakers. Escaped wounded into Hydris City ruins. Rescued by Adeptus Astartes of the Loxodon Guard under Apothecary Soonrem Thron and aids in the space marine assault.
