Hello fine folks of B&CS. We are back again with Lists for the List God. Today we are looking for my plans for the largest of my armies, the Tyranids. Now my Tyranid collection is heavy on the monsters and mid sized bugs, and light on the smaller gribbies. According to the tournament data that has been out for a few weeks Tyranids are looking decent. Out of my 4 project, they look the most competitive. So lets look at my 2 lists.

Thoughts: Tyranids Warriors have been a unit that has its ups and downs. I have around 15+ of them, I'm not even sure how many of them I have at this point. So I have always been incline to work them in to at least one of my flavors of Tyranids. So the primes go with the melee warriors and old one eye joins one of the carnifex units. I would probably keep one Warrior unit back to baby sit the Biovore and Tyrannofex as they will be in the back field while the rest of the army pushes up. I have never played with the Norn Emissary, its in here because I have one painted up.

Thoughts: This was basically my main list back in 10th. I have add and dropped a few things and we have the Ambush Predators detachment to play with now. Broodlords join the genestealers and the Zoanthropes will probably be slotted into reserve. Encircling horrors seems fun on Neurolictors, basically making them more annoying. I guess I'm not sold on the Winged Hive Tyrant, I could replace him with a Swarmlord OR a Neurotyrant and some barbgaunts. I also don't seem to have any room for a Trygon or Psychophages in this list or the above one.
