Yeah. It's just not working as I thought it should. I literally copied a couple different Army of the Dead paint schemes, yet none seem to be turning out like I want.

What's about using something bluish in between grey seer and white scar? It should create gradient and add some ghosty vide to models. 

Also your dry brush looks too brutal for my taste. Like, it like you apply white scar in a single pass. And it's looks very rough

Yeah get some dark on there first then and later dry brush on the white.

Also could you make model with all steps shooted? Right now it's looks like you put too much white and do not think your green contrast

Okay.... I hit a snag. I spilled Hexwraith Flame on my rug.... contrast paint spreads very quickly. 

Then after spending way too long trying to get neon green out of a gray rug... I came back to painting.

I did a heavy drybrush of White Scar, then added some Nuln Oil to darken the look.

Ruined the Dwarf... so let's not use him anymore...

Added Administratum Grey and another spot of green.  Tried to make it look a little less uniform.

It's amazing how terrible the flash makes your models look.

Here's the last update... I'm so very tired....

This looked near perfect, looks like some of the later dry brush blended in I think.

IMHO you dry brush too hard.

I completely understand, and while it's easy for me to be a backseat painter. I would be tempted to do the same thing. When I first saw slop chop I was like you just need to not think about it. Maybe put on a blindfold like a Jedi and just start swinging.
