my now current favourite nid model. this was a joy to paint and i find such an interesting model, and if i can continue to get them as cheaply as i currently can that i plan to build one with out armour as a  zoan/ doom is model maby using it as a neurothrope... im also planing to use another as a base with a winged warrior prime to make a parasite for a fraction of the price and even considering that dome as a head on a tyrant... but for now i paint as is. 

for those getting ready to do one of these... absolutely paint sub assembly as there's much visible that will be a nightmare to try and get a brush near when assembled.
