Serpent Hunters

My 2014 ETL Vow, The Serpent Hunters are a pack of Grey Hunters from Logan Grimnar's Great Company. They took their name from an incident when they were Blood Claws; the pack stumbled into a nest of strange Xenos Serpents. When several members of the pack succumbed to the venom, the remaining members proceeded to hunt down and gut every last serpent from the nest. The Serpent Hunters were an experiment in the use of bits from the old Tactical marines box (You'll note that none of the Serpent Hunters has legs from the Space Wolves box), as well as a testing ground for some more unusual poses like the use of primed grenades, using the bolt pistol along side the boltgun, and carrying combat knives. They were also my first power armored models to be magnetized.
