A Primaris Sanctioned Psyker of extreme, but not unheard of power, he serves at the behest of the Inquisition.

Manifesting a bizarre combination of Precognition, an affinity for Warp Time, and the ability to easily form bonds with other psychically gifted and cursed individuals, Vjka does not so much command his retinue of shock troops as they share a collective will; the cybernetically enhanced special forces retinue are given the gift of his powers in addition to their brutal training.
