Murderfang from metal

This was a metal blood angels furioso from ebay.

I love metal minis and hate plastics. i like the weight when playing.

so i came up with a plan to create 3 space wolves dreads from the one wolf venerable dread kit.

murderfang plastic plates on the carapace and both legs applied with a little filing of base metal and some miliput.

sarcophagus from was filed and murderfang face plate was attached. Then i changed my mind. i hated the appearance of murderface and riped it out and started afresh. the wolf skull dread head was cut into with a blade on left and modified using miliput on its left side to create pipes and hoses so it could be posed looking straight ahead.

right arm metal melta was hacked off and cadian imp guard flamer fitted using miliput to form a holding bracket so it looks fitted to the gauntlet.

on appearance this model is indistinguishable from a plastic murderfang until you pick it up.

I also prefer that this model doesnt have the right arm posed stupidly sticking out. indeed, because of the magnets the arm poses are variable on z and y axis.
