D6Veteran is an oldtimer around here... built a DIY chapter called the Claimjumpers that featured an WWII OD paint scheme with US/Allied white star insignia...

I am a big fan of OD/Khaki style colors for RG successors... also love how the deep red works with this...

Also really like the usage of khaki in the "beak" portion of the helmet - the link has some other alternates, a winged chaplain, and a great apothecary...

Oh - on the bolter armed marines he uses suppressors! Another thing I want to do on my RG successor (that uses the SM Codex)

This would also be a good scheme for Raptor Legion...

Base: Vallejo Violet Brown

Highlight: Vallejo Violet Brown (50)/ Vallejo Khaki (50)

Lines: Vallejo US Olive Drab

...and for the red...

Base: Vallejo Red

Highligh: Vallejo Red (50)/ Vallejo Scrofolous Brown (50)

Lines: Vallejo Dark Red
