Rough, unfinished prototype. Bolter removed, legs not completely smoothed/filled, mold lines not removed, etc as he was completed only to serve as a test model.

 

This shows the full loadout minus the holster, as well as the grenades and magazine pouches added. I want the Marines to actually look like they showed up to fight a battle, and have the ammunition to do so. It helps with the fact that the models look skinny too. I'm not a huge fan of the so called "actual scale" figures as they look too bulky and too tall. A lot better modelers than myself have done them and many look fantastic. Not criticizing by any means. I just think their scale is a bit too much.
