I was slightly surprised not to see the Bladeguard done in Sanguinary Guard colors in the official release photos and that be the primaris version as they did with the Deathwing. Unfortunately I expect them to just give the existing ones a data sheet in the new codex, a small background blurb, and then just ignore them. Even if they Primaris’d Dante (which they won’t), they’d turn him into a foot slogger and have him hanging out with his new Bladeguard chums.

After impulse buying Indomitas and looking at the pile of left over conquest sprues I decided it was new army time at minimum further cost. I’m sticking exclusively to primaris and scouts to make use of the pile of shame I’ve amassed, despite meaning that I miss out on the best and chapter specific units. Could this list work, really in a more casual game setting with the occasional ‘that guy’ appearing? I’m looking at putting the Veritas Vitae onto either the chaplain or ancient, and tempted to run the Bladeguard ancient as a standard primaris one as the Bladeguard version cannot carry the Standard of Sacrifice. I’ve also held back the last few points to upgrade one of the assault Intercessor sgt to carry a power fist when they get the option to that I’m certain they will (he’s built with it so...).

I tend to hit a point where I’m happy with how a paint scheme is progressing then seize up for fear of ruining it. My studio is stacked with half finished models because of it. Despite starting them back in January 2019 most of my legion are in the semi-done state. Recently took the plunge and began to get them finished.

You can pick up debonders at the larger DIY stores usually. It’ll be right with the super glues. If you’re UK based bud Toolstation sell it for a couple of pounds.

You can buy super glue debonder bud. I had to remove a few magnets when they dadn’t set quite flush. It will strip paint mind so go easy with it and I’d recommend drilling a 0.5 or 1mm hole next to it to let it get to the bottom of the socket.
