I like some of the imperial ones, especially missionaries. Not sold at all on the khornate ones, they're busy, posed all over the place and sort of "meh" in my opinion.

Of the three, I think Long Fangs are by far the most under threat until we get primaris devastators, at least we can create something that looks the part for the other two from existing primaris kits.

I'm fairly sure you said the opposite in an earlier video, unless I've gotten the wrong end of the stick from it.

Watched a video from Valrak this evening where he seemed to walk back having heard Grey Hunters and Blood Claws were getting new kits and made it seem like just going to be intercessor upgrade sprue jobs. I hope that's not the case, but wouldn't be shocked if it is.

Two things I hope never come to pass.

Probably going to get a year at most out of my space wolves codex when it comes out, they really need to sort this out.

My prediction is that they'll eventually reworked tacticals and intercessors into one kit - where there's an option for rifles or bolter and chainsword. Then they can have a selection of helm marks available, because it is the helmet that lets Mk.X down, it looks so good with a mk.VI or VII helm.

I'm totally up for a new drop pod, although would be keen for CSM to get one too. With the caveat that it's just a nicer build, rather than a redesign. Worried for ever more datasheet bloat though.

Had a nosey in at my local one at lunch, selection isn't brilliant honestly - which is probably reflective of many of their shops. Still, somewhere else to grab the basics that's open 7 days in most places is still a pretty positive thing, especially for folk who're busy with work and kids.

That is going to be very convienient for grabbing paints at lunchtimes.

I think there's a happy medium to be had between somewhat androgynous figures at one end, and skimpy outfit pinups at the other. There's always going to be a place in the market for the latter - exaggerated female figures (sometimes tongue in cheek) has been prevalent within science fiction for a long time.

I use the 5.5L boxes out of hobbycraft that are £6 each, set of 5 ferrous sheets from amazon for £15ish and then neodynium magnets which be had for fairly cheap.

There was that novel around the start of 8th where they found some of them stuck in a rift on prospero. Although how canon that is is debatable and the message I took from it at the time was "buy large resin models lads"
