To try and keep my other threads tidier, I’ve decided to make a new one for my gorkamorka project i got some kruleboyz, imo the best orks GW have ever done (barring my fondness for the lead ones of yore), the scale of them is just perfect and they are genuinely horrifying. I’m trying to avoid the comically oversized nature of ork weapons and so on. I’ll be using some imperial bits for bionics, and maybe even weapons to call back to the 1st /2nd ed ranges before they had their own design language WIP of two boyz

Within the big closet cleaning, some Gorkers (or are they Morkers) reappeared a while ago. I finally painted them after all these year with them waiting for a little bit of love (the other way to call a base coat of Ork Flesh Green). The WIP was covered in various post here...: ... or there: So, here there is the Gang, all together: Led by Skool (and its gang): I do not play Orks but it has been a good training for the huge amount of greenskins from WFB Oldhammer that are also taking space in my closet. But this is another story that does not necessarily belongs to B&C Blogs... Now the loop is closed and they will come back into their proper shoebox, until I decide for selling and exchanging them...

It took me something like 25 years to paint these chaps. To be honest, I forgot I had them, until I hit the bottom of the bitz box last month. It was a nice trip back in time, remembering I bought these lads to use the Trakks for conversions I never done. The SM biker did nor fit well on it. And then I let them apart. I gave some personalization touches with bits from various kits (tool box, tire, paunches and pikes...) but these are essentialy genuines. Two things I lost from this time anyway: 1. the transfer sheet 2. a nob I remember I bought but still haven´t found back; yet.; or may be he is in another box, with the Saim-Hann force I never finished building (roughtly gathered at the same time). So next challenge? I will first come back to my new year/new army project of Admech. And then I will give a chance to these Saim-Hann minis... But my Space Orks interlude is over. It helped me realizing I hate painting green. So no DA for me, even if the Lion´s gorgeous....

Eez not part of da band but he be helpin' me on da big waaagh! when time comez. ere be all da gits on a piktur. ere be me with me pet Buggit, sum boyz and da banna git. Iz still av ta paint me armur and da boyz but well, time iz short when youz a mean warboss.
