I was working with a specific picture in my head making that head, but couldn't figure where it was from. Thanks for reminding me :D Still not sure btw, just don't want to make him 2 a regular bolter because I really like the torso... maybe I'll just make him reloading, that's another option.... I was working on a tutorial of sorts on bionics, but not having your own camera kindof puts a brake on everything. Maybe later. As for the torso of marine two... well, I can't really remember how I made it, it was a kind of trial and error. I could replicate it if I want to, maybe I can borrow a camera for when I do. I just need to GS some stuff and I’m done. Then they’ll go on the waiting line for a layer of paint, which will most likely take me another year :) I’ve blue tagged them together (with the white type by the way) for the benefit of the photo. The sad thing is that apparently, according to the new rules (which I do not yet own) I cannot use this squad as is and will have to make it bigger… Oh well, give me another three years and I’ll have an army according to the present rules ;P. The Ironbound are a sort of Iron Hands successor, so most of the army is going to be severly disabled. I'd like to make a tutorial if more people are interested, but that'll take more time than I have on hand right now. These guys are simply stunning. So many cool little tweaks and additions, and some of it is so simple but create a totally different flavor of plasma gun or bolter. The bionics and use of wiring is beyond anything i could do for sure. Smart use of materials to enhance that particular style. And the feet tread are the coolest i've ever seen on this forum.
