Here is an overall shot of my Expansion Crusade.

 

I opted to do a new Emperors Champion and another Marshal instead of my Assault Squad. I needed some more Character models, or more to the point Ive had them primed for 4 years and have never got to painting them.

I consider my vow complete, as I subed the Assault Squad with new models. But that is the High Marshals call

 

Ill be posting closeups and whatnot in the blog as well, so look out for that if you are interested. I am super happy with the way the Termies came out. And my crusader is probably one of my favorite models now.

 

Now that this is complete I am going to hammer out a 20 man Crusader Squad, I think. And maybe do a few tutorials to paint up Templar the Random-way, heh.

Many of you have answered the call of Helbrecht and taken an Oath to expand your Crusades. The time has come (for those who are ready) to post the proof of their accomplishments! Remember that you have until Saturday August 15th, 2009 to post the picture of your completed vow, and then shortly after the deadline I will send out the "completed oath" banners to all those who were successful in their quest. Eventually, this topic will be incorporated into the larger Crusade Expansion thread, stickied at the top of our Forum.

 

++Note: This topic will be closed at some point early on the morning August the 16th to account for the fact that not everyone lives in the same timezone.++

 

A few quick rules:

 

1) Please limit yourselves to one picture per "unit". If you want to show off your models from all possible angles, feel free to start another thread showcasing your work, but please keep it to a single picture of the purposes of this thread.

 

2) Please include all of your pictures (one per unit) in the same post. If you post one of your units and then later finish a second one, just edit your original post to include it.

 

3) Please re-post the list of units you have declared for your oath (the list is posted below for your convenience) and clearly identify each unit's picture.
