You should do commission work, so that I can hire you to make a Dark Apostle. Or some other Word Bearers. Or anything.

 

EDIT: Also, where in blood's name did you happen to get this guy's torso?

Wonderful Dark Apostle, nothing less than what I would expect from your work :)

 

As for the torso... :P Although the kit is beautiful there are multiple reasons it won't be bought.

It's a very cute little defiler, that seems to have been inspired by....portal robots?

 

I like it, but the way the cannon is mounted looks too flimsy. Also, might want to take the bayonet off that reaper :rolleyes:

This thread has left me speechless with admiration.. a huge army and every single mini has been painted to such a high standard. Where do you find the time?

 

I haven't read every post, but I'm assuming you will be entering this army in some sort of competition.. I mean honestly, you must.

the monster is my interpretation of a daemon engine which will be used as a defiler,i feel that GW missed out on the whole daemon engine project for 40k as there seems so much scope and they design so well (just look at the parasite engine for example)and decided i would further my army with a new one.

as for the reaper ,it is only bluetacked on at the moment and the blade is not meant to be useable just mean looking ;) also i toyed with the idea of extending the mounting and rear of the cannon but it just looked wrong and destacted away from my origional idea of a giant daemonic beetle to go with the tzeentch theme.the fun part was trying to scource the model parts without going too similar to just another defiler.

every time I see this army on the first page I want to say I love you but I hate you at the same time...

 

Very impressive work, the dread is amazing, the defiler is.... amazing and I think the rest of the army needs to buy me a thesaurus!
