Mort's Warhound Titan

Recommended Posts

Looking good Mort.

I have a question, are those legs going to support the combined bulk of the head, body and weapon arms? I know it's foamboard, but the joints look kinda fragile. You might need to consider some kind of hidden inner wire or chunky foam board strenghteners to help take the weight.

Also need to consider how it balances to stay upright. Honestly, you might have to sign an evening class in structural engineering :D.

Cheers

I

Hhaha- strangely enough Isiah- im teaching English to a technical/engineering highschool. I asked my kids to help me out :)

But yeah- the top is actually really light- but you're still right- i have no idea how im going to keep it up >_< its just super glued to the cardboard- hardly enough strength there >_<

The power of plasticard is strong in this one my master.

Damn but it looks good. ;)

Hahah- Thanks brother nihm. BUt dude..in all seriousness - foam core - not plasticard. Foam core is seriously the most amazing stuff ive ever worked with.

What you're lookin at is like 10-15 hours of work. No more.

15 hours of work for someone who knows what they're doing..

Me add two zeros on the end of that...

Anyway, you should give a very detailed step by step instructions on how you did it, and everything you used. I might try this if my attention span wasn't this long --> .

Nah bro- if you find the plans online (simple search on google im sure) follow those- its super super easy. Im no designer at all- its very intuitive.

Unfortunately- BnC cant distribute/link to/supply templates that break GW IP so - you'll have to find em yourself. But its not tough.

I guarantee any beginner can do this.

I've find one site to download them, but it says:

Please enter all letters having a (insert image of a cat) below.

(insert random image of code)

Four letters with a (insert image of a cat) :

What does this means????????????????????? O_O

PD: done i noticed that the letters of the code had animals painted on them

Finally finished all the modelling.

I may redo the head after I saw an incredibly well done piece.

But, this is what it looks like with some base colours slapped on !! Enjoy. Comments welcome.
