Antman677 Posted March 18, 2009 Author Share Posted March 18, 2009 @arebennian: Thanks for your c&c areb...its hard to tell from photos but i actually shaded/highlighted the armor with a mix of greys/whites/blacks...but people seem to like the flat-ness of the black as it brings out the gold better. lionofjudah Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 know yer pain bout the varnish 'dust'...lost a great Drycha to that.... lunchbox just doesnt spray (some of) his minis...sacriledge for the gamer i know but sometime for the painter you have to just be that much more careful when they are on the table...and in transporting...and in lettin others handle your mini's... your senmm and nmm is really come along...the squad is not as sharp as the HQ but still light years beyond most attempts...cant wait to see your dread!! I was worried they'd look like glowing ice cream cones @lionofjudah: yeah i know the squads arent as quality as the hq, i had to force myself to move on in order to finish the army by the GTs :) i might go back and touch up some of the blending later on the squads.
