AlexCrute
Updated Jul 18: That's a bit of a difference now that I look at it! As of Sep 21 there are 5 more terminators and a landraider (last page), but they don't fit on the shelf! *does happy dance* Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/145321-imperial-fists-5th-company/ Share on other sites

AlexCrute
Can't claim credit for the yellow recipe, that belongs to Court Jester. The only thing I added to his recipe was laziness. Check out his Sons of Golgotha if you would like your mind blown, I think he still has a tutorial on here somewhere. Cypher441
Could do with some good close-up shots, but from what I can see there, they at the least need some squad and chapter markings and such on the shoulder pads, just to break up the yellow a little. Nice work. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/145321-imperial-fists-5th-company/#findComment-1685091 Share on other sites

AlexCrute
I've found Court Jester's profile, and his tutorial, but it seems the pictures have died a photobucket-related death. Ultra1k
Nice paint jobs all around. I really like the Plasma Cannon on the dread. Was that a Forgeworld arm, or scratch-built? If it was scratch-built, how'd you make it? I'd like to borrow that for my dreads. OwenCrute
He scratch-built it out of a Devvie plasma cannon + backpack, and an assault cannon arm. Seemed fairly straightofrward, choppy-choppy, gluey-gluey, but I wasn't there when he actually converted it. BigJon
Nice looking IF you have, think we can get a close up of the Chappy in Terminator Armor? I know its a conversion, and its a cool looking one at that. DutchKillsRambo
While the yellow is beautiful and the conversions are nice and tight, are you sure these are Fists yet? I dont see enough Chapter markings, but Im guessing your leaving those for later, as with your painting skill your probably freehanding them. As a fellow yellow I feel your pain, but your doing great. Keep up the good work! Localhawaiian65
I admire your conviction on painting yellow. It's a difficult (at times) color to master, especially on larger models. If I could make just one suggestion. It's free advice and my feelings won't get hurt if you poo poo my thoughts. On the dread, you might think about taking some watered down brown ink and put them around the rivets. I think it would make them look a little more realistic. Just a thought. Keep up the great painting. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/145321-imperial-fists-5th-company/#findComment-1726504 Share on other sites
