Page 34, the bullet points there are quite clear on the requirements. To summarise it, you move each model in turn, ending each model's move within coherency of a model from the same unit that has already been moved. If possible, this move must also take the model into base contact with an unengaged enemy model or, failing that, any enemy model. ---- EDIT ---- In case it comes up, no this doesn't count for the first guy you move. He follows the rules in the paragraph above the bullet points, as he clearly can't be placed in coherency with a model that has already moved.
