The Lad has decided to go with Salamander SMs, so I will show his green armoured pretenders the errors of their ways with the True Word! Some amazing painting on here, thanks for the inspiration. However, starting from scratch with an empty bits box makes me feel rather daunted about putting WBs together and making them look the part. I'm a gamer with a fluff bias. Here is my first 1250 point Army list, based on models I have - I'd appreciate any thoughts/feedback. Being true to the Word is far more important to me winning, but I do want to at least be competitive to make for some good games! HQ Chaos Terminator Lord (Dark Apostle) with Daemon Weapon (Accursed Crozius) = 145 ELITES Annointed Squad: 4 Chaos Terminators (Reaper Autocannon) = 145 Possessed: 5 Possessed (Icon of Chaos Glory) + Possessed Champion = 166 Chaos Dreadnought (Multi-Melta) = 100 TROOPS CSM Squad: 12 CSM (Chaos Glory Icon, Meltagun, Missile Launcher) + 1 Asp Champ = 135 CSM Squad: 12 CSM (Chaos Glory Icon, Meltagun, Missile Launcher) + 1 Asp Champ = 135 Khorne Berzerkers: 9 Berzerkers(2 Plasma Pistols) + Skull Champion (Plasma Pistol & Melta Bombs) = 275 HEAVY Defiler (Reaper Autocannon, twin linked Flamer) = 150 Total 1251 cheers Paul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My coterie is complete and preach the Word of chaos across the Galaxy. Killing loyalists and xenos. I have personally always loved the Word Bearers compared to the other chaos legions. I've only lost two games with Chaos. Logar has tested my mettle time and again and I always come triumphant. I can't afford said 30 dollar purchase largely for a head, to go wrong. You want us to believe you have 1680 or more models in this army (including a hoard of vehicles)? That's if your squads are minimal size (except for the csm squads as you say are full sized). It's too good to be true. But of course, show me the army and I'll believe it. Maybe... ;) Ps. I am also very interested to know how you fit these models in only 5 big bags. I have a huge bag but wouldn't be able to fit close to a fifth of this stuff. Just look at the supposed vehicles list... By the way, it's impossible to fit this in a 30.000 pts army as well, just sum up a few of the slots and you'll see - and that's with absolutely no wargear upgrades.
