They look good though the eyes on the tactical squad look a bit dull. Do you plan to add some depth or perhaps a couple shades of green followed by a white dot? Your Astorath conversion is quite good. It would cool if his circular saw blade was attached to a chain that extends as the user "throws" the weapon's haft. I start with a white undercoat, base of scab red followed by a wash of baal red with ogryn flesh. If its over red start off painting the area black. Then Boltgun metal leaving a little black on the edges follow by a thin Devlan mud wash.
