It's a U shape, which looks strange. With a slight bend up at the very beginning before looping back down and behind it would look much more "in motion". My one issue, though, is that he's apparently driving that bike without actually steering. Hard to defile the faith of Imperials when your head's stuck in three feet of concrete.
