Thurne Shadehunter
I would do the same, though the rider legs are lacking. If anyone ends up ordering one I'm sure the lot of us would appreciate a shot for scale comparison. My only fear is the armorcast wolf is too scrawny. dswanick
Yeah, I just got my Mythicast Thunderwolves in the mail. They're running deals that can get you a total of 7 mounts and 6 companion wolves for around $125US. Did they mention that with your order? Northwind
Hey Guys, I have three of the Irinia_est models and am looking for a couple more. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any direct contact with this guy and I was wondering if anyone else bought up a supply that has no need of them. I'd hate to part with them because they look so cool - will post pics later - and would like to finish off the unit before buying into the Mythicast ones - which look sweet! Thanks! Buliwyf
Those Mythicast are superb. I didn't want to play TWC, but those miniatures alone are inspiring. Wondering where you got those "Russian wolves?" Ghent
Another possibility: More bear than wolf though... That's expensive, but I could see using that as a "character" Wolf Lord on a TWM. wiplash
Hi guys just though I'd revive this thread as I had a few Qs :) Paulson Games: Comes in a set of 3 with different wolf heads to make up to 9 different head and body combinations. http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s89/Grimtooth_photos/wolfpack2.jpg these models are really nice and probably the most affordable too, do they come with rider legs? any scale pics would be great #Updated Link: http://www.paulsongames.com/catalog/item/7434381/9104111.htm Mythicast: http://www.mythicast.com/ Comes in a set of 5. Rumored to be releasing a Iron Priest mount as well. im presuming that as this was a while ago this rumor proved false? are there any Iron Priest TW models? Masquerade Minis: http://www.masq-mini.de/ http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s89/Grimtooth_photos/wolf11.jpg these are my favorite thunderwolf models, but again do they come with rider legs? any pics of yours would be great Contact Wamp here on the B&C: PM Wamp here on the B&C: http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s89/Grimtooth_photos/caebf9f376ba.jpg Are there any more pics of this model, can't really see any details or anything - or a website where i could find the pics New Wolves from what looks to be a site in Denmark. Schertenleib
The Paulson wolves come with rider legs. From what I understand you can order them without if you want as well. Last time I checked Mythicast they did had a set for the Iron Priest with some smaller cyberwolves, but it has been a while. Kassill
To answer your question wiplash, yes, Mythicast did release an Iron Priest mount with 4 cyber wolves. Infact, here's mine all painted up! :D http://i785.photobucket.com/albums/yy134/Kassill1/IMG_0056.jpg http://i785.photobucket.com/albums/yy134/Kassill1/IMG_0057.jpg http://i785.photobucket.com/albums/yy134/Kassill1/IMG_0058.jpg Sadly his cyber wolf pals haven't met the brush yet. Gertjan
So not sure where to put this but since it's about alternative thunderwolves might aswell put it here I guess. Does anyone have experience with the Raging Heroes Cyberwolves? They look pretty good but I have no idea if/how their size fits with GW stuff. I don't quite like the GW wolves that much so that's why 'm looking for alternatives and these look pretty good but not sure if I should just shell out the cash and wish for the best as they are a bit pricey so not something one would just hope for the best... I hope someone has some experience with them, or maybe I should just hope for the best otherwise and take the chance. cyberwolves pack leader Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/206007-thunderwolf-mounts/page/10/#findComment-3122977 Share on other sites
