Brother Argent
Okay so I have come to a decision as to whom I am going to select for the veteran position. It literally came down to a coin toss at the end (well, three coin tosses actually). Although I haven't PM'd these guys about their entry yet (like I normally would) I would like to announce their victory here. If it happens that they dont like the changes I want to make then I can always fall back to the runner up. So it is with much... apprehension I suppose, that I announce the winner of the veteran slot as: VETERAN BROTHER MAXILLIUS PROCELLA of Ecritter's White Hand Chapter. To those whose entries I didn't choose I want you to know that these guys are definately going into my storage facility for later use. Exceptional characters and I had to think long and hard before I chose who would take the spot. And whilst I am here I have pretty much decided on whom will fill the Stealth spot and whom will fill the Close Comat Specialist spot. For the Stealth Specialist I was given a choice between Brother Aadil of the Corsairs Serpentis, Brother Rievus Doum of the Sons of Pyron and Brother Titus of the Stormbringers. Now this was a relatively difficult one but in the end it was a simple deciding factor that made the difference. Aadil had potential, with the rivalry between him and Ruusi. Rievus sounded pretty nifty with the dual role of both close combat and stealth. Titus was interesting with an all together different approach to stealth, that of 'pecision brutallity'. In the end though one simple thing made me choose who I did, and that was that both GHY and Ecritter have members on the team. Therefore the stealth specialist shall be: BROTHER TITUS OF THE STORMBRINGERS And for close combat I was given the choice of: Brother Lios Nasir of the Infinity Knights, Brother Li Jon Okipiet of the Astral Reavers and, kinda, Rievus again. Well Rievus didn't really suit the role I have in mind for this character. Although I like this guy I feel he doesn't fit the slot. Li Jon sounds pretty fierce but also I see him as having the slightly less structured and more fierce combat style. I love the Infinity Knights and the idea of a guy walking round with the arms from some other fella is just too cool, so Lios was in with a good chance. Only one marine can fill the spot, however and in the end I had to follow my heart with one simple rule, who doesn't love a Space Pirate (or at least thats what they started as). Therefore the winner is: BROTHER LI JON OKIPIET OF THE ASTRAL REAVERS. Again I was faced with some prety hard choices here. I know that Rievus will certainly appear in a later story in the series as he is just too cool, and if an Infinity Knight doesn't get in for a later challenge then I am sure Lios will show up too. I am just getting the fluff worked out for the next challenge so stay tuned guys. Ecritter
Well, on behalf of Maxillius I thank you for your choice. As for Rievus ... yeah he is cool, and it was simply fun designing him. I hope you have as much fun with both of them as I did making them. One thing I must point out though. Its not the White Hands its the White Hand Chapter. With that said, I'm already working on a Heavy Weapons Specialist for the next challenge ... but I can hold him for others to take a spot. I don't want to hog more when others haven't filled a spot yet. Dark Apostle Thirst
Oh and as usual people PM me your thoughts on the entries. Next up, Heavy Metal specialist... uh, Heavy weapon specialist. ... Blast, I just got a whole new chapter idea off of that. But it'll be perfect for a heavy weapons specialist, don't worry  Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/248819-silver-phoenixs-deathwatch-challenge/page/7/#findComment-3044400 Share on other sites

Donkey Kong
Only one marine can fill the spot, however and in the end I had to follow my heart with one simple rule, who doesn't love a Space Pirate (or at least thats what they started as). Grey Hunter Ydalir
I want to give congrats to all the winners. Good on you all! Now on to the next challenge, which is even more challenging simply because I have no heavy weapons chapters. I'd have used the Blazing Sons again with a Multi-Melta but I already have a Blazing Son in the squad, so doubling up would be lazy and would also give it an entire 150% chance less to get selected. However I digress, awesome work all round! Brother Argent
So for the next challenge fluff. This time around I am going to give a bit of a run down of the protagonist. As he is also a newbie I am going to basically post what would have been his entry into the newbie position: Name: Brother Pallas LuciiChapter: Revelators - no IA yet, these stories are going to help we work out hte rough character of the chapter. What sort of Wargear he prefers: Bolter.... yep... thats all... A bit of his History: Pallas was like any other recruit from his Chapters homeworld. Growing up amoungst the permanantly twilight ruins of the Imperial city that once spanned their planet he saw his parents both killed in the constant fighting between the so called 'city states' of the wasteland. Learning to fight at a young age he was just one of many who were taken by the Revelators for induction into the chapters recruitment process. Pallas soon found himself holding a place in the Chapter's Tenth Company where, although he was never a leader, his fellow initiates looked up to him and often turned to him for advice. When the Revelators found themselves under seige by their brother Chapter on Heliosis V Pallas was one of those deployed in the initial conflict. It was during this troubling time when brother fought brother that Pallas came to the attention of the then Chaplain of the Fourth Company, Cyrius. Shortly after he was promoted to full battle brother and recieved his BLack Carapace. He was quickly taken under the Chaplain tutorage and was earmarked for the Chaplaincy. His progress towards this came to a halt when the Chapter's Master of Sanctity fell during the Amaars Insurrection and Cyrius was promoted to the role. The Chaplain that took his place, Hector, was cut from entirely different cloth and the young Pallas soon fell out of favour. Although still an acolyte of the Chaplaincy he was soon returned to front line duties. It was in this position during his Chapter's ongoing struggle against a splinter fleet of the Tyranids that his drop pod was struck by orbital fire. Crash landing in the city ruins he was trapped in the mangeld wreck of the pod, forced to watch as his brothers died around him. When he was rescued by a relieving force of the Second Company he returned to his Chapters homeworld along with the rest of the Fourth. Whilst he was undergoing treatment for his injuries his company returned to duties without him. Bereft of his place on the front line and without a role to fill he was seen as an ideal candidate for the Deathwatch when the call came. A Description: Pallas is young. Perhaps too young for service amoungst the heroes of the Deathwatch. The fact that his naturally youthful appearence has stayed much the same doesn't help matters either. Like most from thei homeworld Pallas is of fair skin, due to the planets lack of light, and has lanky black hair. He wears fairly new power armour, its only modification being a small rosarius symbol in place of the skull on his armour chest plate. Only being an acolyte Pallas had not earned the Crozius or Death Mask of his trade yet. His right arm from the shoulder down was replaced with bionics following his injuries in the drop pod. Pallas is a good listener and is often someone that his brothers went to in times of doubt or unease. It was this that marked him for the Chaplaincy. He lacks the firey demeanour and savage hate of others in his role, thus his disagreement with the new Chaplain of the Fourth. Anything else you think I should know: While Pallas was trapped in the drop pod he saw his brothers slaughtered outside. Coming from a Chapter that already prefers the use Thunderhawks over the less precise Drop pod and then witnessing this Pallas has an extreme distaste for the use of drop pods. He also is liekly to fly into a panicked rage should similar circumstances arise again. And for this challenge the extra requirement of: New to the Deathwatch: Pallas feels like he has been abandoned by his Chapter or at least sent away to be some one else problem. Because of this he is driven to suceed. He is young for service of the Deathwatch and looks even younger still. Because of this he isn't well looked upon by those whom serve with him. Pallas only seeks to do his duty and return to his Chapter... if they will have him... So for the next Challenge, its an easy one. Heavy Weapon Specialist. Name Chapter: (with a link to the IA) What sort of Wargear he prefers: This should be one of the following: Heavy Bolter, Lascannon, Multi Melta, Heavy Flamer, Plasma Cannon, maybe other heavy weapons... A bit of his History: (100 words or more) A Description: (100 words or more) Anything else you think I should know: And for this challenge the extra requirement of: Other then the Heavy Weapon, Give me one instance when his Heavy Weapon saved his life, his teams life or won his chapter a battle... Deadline: 29/4/12 Well, have at it... Ace Debonair
BROTHER LI JON OKIPIET OF THE ASTRAL REAVERS. I somehow knew even when revising Lios' story that I wasn't going to beat the space pirate. Li Jon was just too darn cool. Congrats, KHK! On the positive side, I no longer have to compete against him for the next spot! :) I'll have to come up with someone else for heavy weapons specialist, though, since in my head Nasir's always been a melee combat chap. Maybe a Red Lord with a missile launcher? Hmm... EDIT: Gah, ninja'd by the challenge proper. Say, SP, would missile launchers be OK as a weapon of choice? Northstar
yeah... the Mourning Knights have a great deal of Plas-tech... most of their heavy bolters are from when the chapter was created... actually... that kind of could be fun to work with... hmm... Ace Debonair
Russi: "Brother, behind you!" Red Lord: "I got him!" BOOM!!!! Everyone gets buried in tons of concrete and debris... Or sucked out into space.... Might I just point out to everyone that I have a thing for Heavy Bolters... :) Not that I'm suggesting anything... But at least the target would be dead... right? I'll think of a way around that, hang on. -=-=-= Heavy Weapons Specialist =-=-=- Name: Brother Galth Rennington Original Chapter: Red Lords (Link in signature) Preferred Weapon: Missile Launcher A description: Galth Rennington has been with the Deathwatch for a long time. Like most Red Lords seconded to the Deathwatch, his assignment will last until his eventual demise. In appearance Galth is a typical Red Lord, tall and saturnine with lank dark hair and the pale skin common to Corax's kin. Like his brothers in the Red Lords, Galth places great emphasis on purity and heaps utter disdain on those who would turn against the Imperium; though almost never to the point of underestimating his enemies. Galth is a strict follower of his Chapter's rituals. He carries a flanged mace rather than a combat knife, reflecting that the Red Lords are 'a hammer in the dawning day, not a sharpened blade in the dark'. He cleans his weapons and armour after combat with purified water to wash away the taints of impurity that may otherwise accrue during even the most righteous works. Brother Rennington also refuses to acknowledge any one day as holier than any other, and observes a steady chain of ritual prayers and oaths at their appointed times throughout each day. Although he is careful not to push his beliefs on his squadmates, he spends as much of his private time in prayer for their spirits as his own. A bit of his history: Before his time with the deathwatch began, Galth Rennington had served for most of his life in the 9th Company of the Red Lords, and even achieved the rank of Sergeant before his transfer. Trained in the use of many of the Chapter's heavy weapons, Galth demonstrated a proficiency with these destructive implements that was the envy of his peers. His faultless accuracy (especially with the missile launcher) earned him the nickname of 'The Talon'; able to reach out and strike the enemy with astounding precision, sometimes even devastating enemy vehicles before they even knew the Astartes were in range. Whilst somewhat less effective at close ranges, Brother Rennington's heavy mace and bolt pistol ensure that he is far from helpless if caught in a close range firefight. With his secondment to the Deathwatch, little has changed for Brother Rennington. He is still most frequently issued the role of heavy-weapons wielder within his squad, and has proven time and time again to be a merciless equalizer whenever he and his brothers have been confronted with enemy armour. By far his proudest achievement, however, is the explosive annihilation of Warboss Thundafist. Under the direction of Inquisitor Dienna Tecarlo, Galth and his squad were tasked with eliminating the Warboss and slowing his horde as they marched on the city of Talvan. With the innate skills of one of Corax's sons, Galth snuck through swathes of dense undergrowth and perched alone atop a ridge, waiting for almost two hours before the Warboss's convoy of Wartrukks passed by. As his brothers opened fire from their concealed positions in the thick forests on the other side of the road, Galth planted a missile squarely in the midst of the ramshackle, experimental engine that powered Thundafist's Trukk. The resultant explosion killed the Warboss and several of his retinue. In the confusion that followed Galth similarly eradicated three other trukks, leadign to widespread mayhem amongst the panicked Orks. Their mission accomplished, the Astartes disappeared from the battlefield smoothly and silently, leaving the Orks to squabble and fight for dominance amongst themselves whilst the local PDF rolled into position to bombard the area with artillery. Galth earned commendations from both his squad sergeant and Inquisitor Tecarlo for the execution of his duties that day, and it has become the feat most commonly associated with him ever since. -=-=-= I included the 'won his Chapter a battle' bit in the history, I hope that's OK. EDIT: Whilst the Heavy bolter isn't his weapon of choice, Galth is trained in it's use, so should the need arise... Northstar
Name: Ander Graves Chapter: Mourning Knights http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.p...ourning+Knights What sort of Wargear he prefers: Relic Heavy Bolter "Templaris Mortii", combat knife, krak grenades A bit of his History: After joining a Devestator squad in 4th Company, Ander was trained extensively on how to safely use plasma weaponry. For ten years, Ander faithfully focused his talents on using a Plasma Cannon like many other of his brethren. This was not to last however, in a fleet action against the Tau, the Rapturous Fist was boarded by three of the tau's fireteams, supported by a unit of battlesuits. After heavy fighting, Ander had procured use of one of the companies few Heavy Bolters. After a few years, again the Rapturous Fist was boarded, however, this time it was by an Inquisitor of the Ordos Xenos. Ander, knowing the bittersweet relationship with the Ordos, was willing to join the nameless Inquisitor. Under the Inquisitor, he and his squad had been led into the heart of an ork kroozer in order to take back what they had been told was an ancient imperial relic. The truth was far more insidious, and wasn't well known to the Mourning Knights. The Inquisitor Upon taking the relic, turned on the squads he had taken with him into the heart of the kroozer. Ultimately, the Inquisitor was killed, and the kroozer was destroyed. Once Ander and his squad returned to the Inquisitors ship, they had discussed at length as to what they would do. Before too long, another of the Ordos contacted the ship, one Inquisitor Ferris. Laying it out for he and his squad, that they could either go back to their chapter, and the chapter would face an investigation by the Ordos, or they could serve until death. Choosing to not betray their Chapter, The squad was seperated from eachother, and sent to different units altogether. Never to see one another again. Ander, for his own right, was sent to serve as part of a deathwatch squad, carrying with him the last remaining remenant of his chapter left to him. A Description: Ander is of average build for a marine, without any real special distinguishing features. However, his armor is heaviy scarred, pitted by extensive damage over years of service. The fresh black paint does little to actually hide any of the scarring of the armor, and recent damages have cut through portions of the paint to show the worn metal beneath. Comparatively, his heavy bolter is a complete work of art, and much of Ander's free time is spent working on maintaining even the finest of detailing on it. Scrawled upon it's surface is a litany written by it's first owner, one of the primogenitors of the Chapter Ander had been a part of. Anything else you think I should know: Ander is a very minor psyker, and has been under the eyes of the Chapter's Master Liberarian for some time. While he does not possess enough strength to actually use the warp in a manner that a liberarian might use it, it manifests in Ander's "gut feelings". In particular, this makes him very uncomfortable around any strong warp enfluence. Quite usually, in the presence of xenos psykers, he is one of the first to know of their presence in his unit, and thusly is always at the ready in their presence. Some attacks have been thwarted completely by his innate ability to root out these psykers. Once he had taken posession of the Templaris Mortii, this psychic ability had awakened the spirit of the Heavy Bolter, and in times of his greatest need, granted him the blessing of the Litany scrawled over it's body. And for this challenge the extra requirement of: They watched on, within the vault now littered with ork bodies. Dorian had been right all along, This ork 'warboss' had many relics Imperial, Xenos, and otherwise. Dorian seemed uninterested in any of the relics of Imperial note however, bypassing them completely. "Mi'lord... " Baratus began. "... Which of these is of such importance that the Inquisition would send out for it?" He asked. Ander also wondered at that himself, many of these relics, while sacred to be sure, did not look to be anything of any real importance. Something was wrong here, Ander noted. The sick feeling had returned to him, and he felt quite restless since borading the Orkish ship. Checking his weapon's feed, he looked over to his squadmates, each of them nodding their silent acknowledgement. As they readied their weapons, they moved themselves back to the edge of the room, watching over what would proceed next. As the other marine squads made their way through cataloguing the imperial treasures, Dorian made his way into the back of the vault. Taking hold of an amulet, Dorian laughed to himself. "So it begns." He said, causing some of the marine to turn and look at him. "I should thank all of you, without your help, I would not have made it this far." He said, turning to the assmbled marines and guardsmen. "However, your service here ends, you all are too pure for my needs." He finished, an opening into the warp opening behind him. Ander didn't need to think from that point on. Pulling the trigger on "Templaris Mortii" laying down a stream of death upon the portal. His brothers followed suit, throwing plasma round upon plasma round into tthe portal. In spite of their pre-emptive stirke, daemons poured forth into the kroozer, and other portals opened shortly thereafter. Most caught within the room died in the slaughterhouse the vault had turned into. "We need to retreat." Ander said, the heavy bolter lying waste to daemon and possessed marine or gaurdsman alike. Allowing those that were still themselves to pass them by, The Devestators moved back through the kroozer, making their way back to the breach ships. Portals opened around them at each point, daemons springing out at them from all sides. Ander looked to his brothers, shaking his head. "This ship cannot be allowed to survive." He said, turning to lay waste to a pack of daemons. "Do what you have to do brother." Sigmund replied, knowing what Ander meant to do. Ander turned down another corridor, making his way to the Kroozer's reactor. Ander carved a bloody path through the increasingly daemon infested kroozer. When finally Ander reached the reactor, he fired his last remaining salvo of ammunition into the reactor. As the reactor began to overload, He retreated back to where the breach ships had broken through the hull. As he made his way through, daemons hunted him through the ship. The spirit of the Heavy Bolter blessed him, in using the weapon to smash past the daemons, It's holy scrawl burned with the emperor's light, searing the daemons as the weapon touched them. At the entry point, his brothers held the line awaiting his return. "We'd thought we may have lost you Brother." Remus said, greeting Ander as he crashed through a number of daemons. "Aye, Jogun was ready to depart." Sigismund added, heaving his plasma cannon to one side. "We never should have come to begin with brothers. Let us be off this cursed ship before it's too late. Ander replied, boarding the ship without a second thought. As the rest of the squad entered the ship, the pilot pulled away from the kroozer. As the ship made it's way back to Dorian's personal cruiser, Ander looked out towards the kroozer, watching the chain reaction of the reactor blowing tear the ship apart. "It is done, the enemy has been thwarted." He said to himself, looking over to his brothers. "What shall come of this though?" He asked, slumping to the floor. There's mine... best of luck to everyone! Dark Apostle Thirst
Name - Jageir Mortin Chapter - The Paladins What sort of wargear he prefers - A multi-melta A description - The Paladin is one of the many singers his chapter offers and has mastered a diverse range of styles from his brothers. He spends much of his time among the other members of the kill-team, socializing and learning of their experiences. Jageir has gained the friendship of many of the others accompanying the Inquisitor by asking of their experiences with music, and letting them tell their many stories of what they have done with Saeros. The others have quickly come to accept him as one of their own, and it was for this reason that the Paladins sent him to join the Deathwatch. Though all Paladins are generally sociable, Jageir is adept at connecting with almost any being. This has not changed since his ascension to the First Company, where he learned of the Dark Angel’s secret. For that, Jageir is much respected among the command of the Paladins. A bit of his history - Jageir was recruited from a hive world by the Paladins as an aspiring member of his chapel’s choir. When he became a full battle brother, he showed a natural aptitude for his position as Devastator, but besides his singing he had little else in the way of talents. Over the years he became the leader of his own squad in the 9th Company, teaching others to share his gift for heavy weaponry, and Jageir was finally accepted into the First Company after using his famous multi-melta to wreck three Ork Stompas in a single engagement. After that he served with distinction as part of several hunt and destroy missions with his fellow Sternguard. Four decades of service as one of the heavy weapon masters of the First later he was sent to the Deathwatch. Anything else I think you should know - While usually favoring the multi-melta, Jageir does appreciate the heavy bolter for its high rate of fire and vast customizability  Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/248819-silver-phoenixs-deathwatch-challenge/page/7/#findComment-3049249 Share on other sites
Brother Argent
Oh and I meant to close this one the other day. Got kinda caught up with some issues at work. Next Challenge will be for a regular marine. Yep, an ordinary... well ordinary enough for secondment to the Deathwatch.... marine. This challenge, while the least restrictive, is probably one of the hardest as I am leaving all the creativity to you guys. I want you to come up with the model and convince me why I should choose them. I wont post fluff yet, but I will open the challenge. So we want: Name Chapter: (with a link to the IA) What sort of Wargear he prefers: A bit of his History: (100 words or more) A Description: (100 words or more) Anything else you think I should know: And for this challenge the extra requirement of: ... nothing... SnakeoilSage
Ophan Sandalphon Chapter: Nemesis Angels Preferred Wargear: Bolter and chainsword (or power sword if allowed). History: When Ophan was recruited, he was a perfectly average Space Marine. No one expected him to achieve anything of note. That changed on Outreach, a swamp world targeted by Hive Fleet Syclla. Shot down early in the campaign Ophan's squad had to slog through hell, and were stalked by a stealthy Tyranid bio-horror they dubbed "Samael." The beast picked them off one-by-one, leaving their decapitated bodies to be found with the dawn. When rescue came, Ophan was the only survivor... or so it seemed. Unwilling to leave his brothers behind, Ophan drank deep of their blood, absorbing their memories into him. Now it appeared that five separate personalities inhabited his mind. Ophan's skills in battle improved, the "ghosts" of his battle-brothers aiding and advising him. But many saw Ophan as deeply disturbed, his "brothers" merely fragments of a mind broken by the horror of the Tyranids. Because of this, and because of his obsession with avenging his brothers, Ophan requested assignment to the Deathwatch. He now seeks Samael, hoping to end the beast once and for all. Description: Ophan is taller and slimmer than the average Space Marine. He has slick black hair and a prominent widow's peak, pale skin and dark maroon eyes. His Crovus-pattern armor still bears the scratches and gouges inflicted on it by the Tyranids on Darkwater, as well as personal items collected from his slain battle-brothers--medals, trophies, teeth--and he wears the tattered remains of his squad banner as a sash around his chest. The banner itself depicts a female angel representing the ancient Terran goddess Nemesis wielding a sword and scourge. Anything else you think I should know: Ophan "talks" to his four slain battle-brothers. These personalities never control Ophan, he merely responds to them as if they are standing at his side. Ophan himself is unassuming and laconic, the eye of a storm amidst his more talkative and fiery brothers: Hazzan the joker, Malkhut the tactician, Sarim a firebrand who lived by the sword, and Adelphos the brave. Each offer advice to Ophan and make him a much more exceptional warrior than he ought to be. Ophan claims to feel Samael's presence. Samael consumed the unique blood of the Nemesis Angels, and its malleable genetic structure may have been affected by their unique blood. The creature is most likely a Lictor, but none--not even the men it killed--saw it. Ophan is convinced the beast is intelligent and aware, and that is blames Ophan and his men for "severing" it from the Hive Mind. Samael's absorption of the Nemesis Angel's blood has likely "infected" it with the memories of Ophan's squad, twisting its own personality and haunting it just as Ophan is haunted by his brothers. The Hive Mind has no wish to be tainted by these outside thoughts, and has purposely cut Samael from the swarm. The beast must live as a parasite now, and is actively hunting Ophan in the hope of ending its torment, one way or another. TrashMan
Aldar DeTauro Phoenix Knights Chapter http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.p...howtopic=251485 Wargear: Terminator armor, chain fist, assault cannon or heavy flamer Alternate: Power armor, Multi-Melta or Heavy Bolter. Chainsword. Description: Space marines are giants, towering over mortal men due to their gene-seed ehnacements, but even among them there are those who stand out. Taller and bulkier than his brothers, Aldars massive frame had it's drawbacks as well as advantages. His massive strength and toughness made sure he was quickly noticed and made it easy for him to handle even the heaviest of weapons. Yet at the same time it required a customized power armor, increased consumpton of nutrients and his swings in melee, while devastating, were somewhat more sluggish. Apperance-wise, Aldar is typical Avalonian. Tall, dark-haired, with a rugged yet noble face. His armor bears a phoenix on the chest, a mark of honor among the chapter, but it's otherwise unadorned, save for a purity seal on the shoulder pad. A ardent follower of the teaching of Arturian, Aldar puts the future of humanity and the lives of imperial citizens above all else. He is slow to anger, quick to laugh, patient and methodical, and also spiritual. One of the items his carries with him is a small brazier, used for mediation and rituals of his chapter. History: Aldar was a big even before the geneseed enhancements and always had a knack for combat. He was recruited straight out of the local guard academy, his size making him stand out among his peers. Proving compatible and capable he quickly became renowned in the chapter. His aptitude with all heavy weapons saw him transfered into a devastator squad almost immediately after scout training, and it is a position he enjoys. He took part in many of the most notable battles in the chapters history, always ready to take on any enemy. He is noted for stubbonly refusing to retreat and holding defensive positions, making the enemy pay dealry forevery inch they advance (if they manage to advance at all) During the Vengance Crusade, he and his squad defended a immobilised Land Raider. Aldar, weilding a multi-melta in one hand and a chainsword in the other, charged 2 ork stompas that threatened to break their defensive line. He destroyed one with a point blank melta-shot to the head and delayed the other long enough for his brother to plant a melta-charge. The Land Raider was saved and Aldar earned teminator honors during this mission. EDIT: DOH! Jsut noticed the deadline has passed. Well, ebtter go write a norma lmarine character :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/248819-silver-phoenixs-deathwatch-challenge/page/7/#findComment-3052867 Share on other sites
