Did the client request that colour for Magnus' armour? I really like it.. I started an Emperors Children army because Iron Hands seemed too boring colour wise, but an entire army in the colour of your Magnus could be pretty cool.

 

Is it a single model commission or can we expect more Iron Hands in the same style?

Hey all!

 

Next project is going to be an Pre herresy emperors children army!

I have placed my FW order so waiting for everything to arrive!

 

But for now i finished my landraider and a dreadknight!

I have to say this is probably my favorite Knight model I have seen yet, reminds me A-lot of of bumblebee from Transformers. Top :cuss stuff man.

Since the model is so perfect, I am forced to pick out the little things.

 

Compared to the rest of the model and the foot that is actually in the dirt, the foot that is in the air is disproportionately clean. The foot that is on the ground is completely coverd in dirt and looks almost brown. The foot in the air is shiny chrome. like it's never touched the ground before.

Thats why the other foot is still clean :P

Loving the colour scheme, the blue and white contrast well with each other.

I believe i spot a magnet at the waist joint, what size did you use for a model this large? Oh, and how do you fix the mask to the head?
