I Deadboytat2 answer the call of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete one Ravenwing attack squad and One ravenwing support squad from  Codex Dark angels of total value 311pts on or before August 15th. Success will bring eternal glory to The Dark Angels and failure will doom me to bear the Badge of Shame until the year-end

 

here is starting vow. I was going to go big and declare 20 tactical marines 2 dreads and 2 devistator squads but thought it would be better to start small and if I finish make another vow.

Well I might fail my vow but I hope my op sorts my vision and I can contribute to the glory of the 1st. I noticed a deadline of the 15th of June to enter I hope I have enough time :).]

There IS a limit date to make vow? O_o

Your first vow has to be posted before June 15th. So long as you've vowed prior to that date you can then enter more vows after that, all the way to the finish date of August 15th. Of course, you're only allowed a maximum of 5 vows.

@ Master Avoghai: If you made at least one vow before June 15th then you're officially in - the only other deadline you should worry about is the end of the event on August 15th. As you have already made a vow (and another one after completing the first :D ) you really have nothing to worry about. :tu:

Let it not be said that I didn't try to help my Brothers. A humble vow which I hope will only increase the significance of the First Legion's crushing victory.

I was going to maintain a thread of my own, but decided against it. So just going to post updates here.

 

My first WiP image

Initial bits for my techmarine. I ended up decided against the larger arms from the ork bits shown and found an actual servo arm from a damaged techmarine that I had little motivation to repair.

As you can see I'm doing some of the initial painting on the sprues. Got some more done last night. Will likely be starting assembling in the next few days.

 

I've also started gathering bits for my custom Sammael. Kinda regretting making it part of my vow now, didn't realize how much of a hassle it would be to get the parts, but it'll be nice to be done.

 

Also having to work on some new Deathwing sergeants as I've been made aware that they can no longer wield TH/SS according to the FAQ... and getting bits together for a TH/SS Baliel that will be my vow #2, if I get #1 done in time.
