Hiya everyone,

 

I've made a start on me Cpt. Titus model. I couldn't resist making him. Equipment wise he's armed with a combi-grav and the teeth of terra. I even made Sgt. Sidonus.

Thats a tidy looking marine 

My Sternguard are on order too so hopefully mine will turn out as well in blue

Hiya, I've near enough finished Titus. He's got a bit on the back of his tabbard to do, a bit of black around his collar and the base needs painting. Other than that he's near enough finished.

Next up after Titus I have Sidonus to paint up and 2 Veteran Sergeants for my 2 upcoming Tactical Squads and also the three remaining members of my Sternguard Squad.

 

UltraRich @ Considering your usual output I can only imagine how awesome your Sternguard will look. : )

So I've pretty much finished him now. Maybe another drybrush over the base but otherwise, done. It's amazing what a continual stream of Cult of Lunas e.p can get you to finish, even when you're knackered.

Loving the progress so far. My favorites are your executioner, and captain titus. Titus has to be my favorite ultramarine due to the fact that he's not an unlikeable d-bag (I'm looking at you leandros, sicarius, and telion), and he doesn't blindly follow the codex. To me, titus exemplifies what the ultra marines should be.

 

Can't wait to see more progess. I love sidonus!

Thanks guys, Basswave I feel the same way, which means i'll probably be staying away from the Ultramarine forum hahaha. I kid, I kid. But I did really like Titus and Sidonus and their attitude to the Imperial Guard. I also have a soft spot for Cassius as he's bat crap crazy. Anyways here's a picture of Sidonus, though looking at him he'll probably end up looking like Sean Connery, not a bad thing I guess.

Cheers guys, I was gutted too though you saw it coming. I think it's fair to say that Leandros isn't high on my list of characters. Though it would be sweet to make a Nemeroth conversion. yes.gif

Thanks mate,  the Honour Guard are great models but only if you want Ultramarines because there are so many little U's everywhere.

 

I've almost finished Sidonus now, just a little more work on the base and some dust around the bottom of the greaves and he's done. I've almost got a full 10 man Tactical squad. I just need to find 2 more shoulder pads and I'll have them ready for battle.

The Sgt. from my 1st post is going to be a regular battle brother now, the chainsword being just the rule of cool I think.
