Knights of Blood Test

[Candleshoes]

After some heavy inspiration from Mr. Rumble on Deviantart and noctus cornix's passage here, I had a deep hankering to make and paint up a Knight of Blood, the renegade Blood Angel's successor.

 

The scheme will be exactly what is shown in the codex, and the cloth will be white, with black inked markings, to take away abit from all the gunmetal that is in the scheme.

Put some rough base colours on him for the armour and the red, thought I would post them up. I never was really sold on their scheme, but it has been a pleasure to work on it so far. The red still needs its highlights and red wash, so it will be toned down a bit.
