*Furyou Miko
Ironically, the "power maul superior" is actually a Canoness model too... Ah, well. Don't worry about objectives, as long as you hold ONE, and the enemy holds NONE, you're winning anyway. tvih
Don't make me turn this immolator around. But if you do turn it, that gives you a great reason to make a cleansing 180-degree arc of flame in the name of the Emperor! And spamming some cleasing fire is never a bad thing. RolandTHTG
Yeah, in regards to that WarriorFish, on Facebook all they've said is Sisters get released in October, and Blood Angels in November.Source? GW doesn't have an official Facebook presence as far as I've seen? If they do, where is it? Thade, I think he means https://www.facebook.com/GamesWorkshopDigitalEditions Just stumbled across it the other day. Warsmith Aznable
They also have an "Army Essentials" section again, which they hadn't had for a bit. So yeah, maybe this weekend. BitsHammer
OH! I just noticed that in the Essentials section we have out own "Adepta Sororitas Paint Collection (Order of Our Martyred Lady)" Yup. And it's a pretty big paint set too it looks like. Shame GW forgot that there are 5 other orders who deserve paint sets too. :/ Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/279726-digital-codex/page/5/#findComment-3484544 Share on other sites
andrewm9
They also have an "Army Essentials" section again, which they hadn't had for a bit. So yeah, maybe this weekend. They never as Sisters of Battle had one until now since there as no codex or battleforce to sell. Eddie Orlock
All the other armies are listed by their 'low gothic' names, why are the sisters now being listed by their 'high gothic' name? It just seems odd to me. Maybe in the next book they're going to release a new 'comon term' for them? Maybe their 'market research' said that twelve year old boys won't buy any thing with 'sisters' in the name because it threatens their fragile masculenity with repudiation by their peers? Maybe they think 'Sororita' sounds enough like 'Sorority' that they'll bag some extra sales from frat boys? Maybe the new line won't resemble the old line enough so they want to create some mental space in the heads of those tangentially associated with the product? Fibonacci
All the other armies are listed by their 'low gothic' names, why are the sisters now being listed by their 'high gothic' name? I have a feeling that will be the name of the new digital codex. Codex: Adepta Sororitas. The models used to be under Witch Hunters before becoming Sisters of Battle (again) with the White Dwarf codex. RolandTHTG
I think that this was just the only name that didn't have a unfortunate abbreviation. After enough "that army is BS" and "I have a bunch of SoBs" jokes, even GW can find something that works, with the AS.
