aha well spotted. yes it is. i used the forgeworld front on the baal pred (counts as predator infernus it fits the fluff)

It suits it i was thinking of making a Salamader allie detachment to my Ultras

do it! nothing hurts like rerolling the failed wounds with flamers and wiping out squads first turn with drop podding sternguard.

Managed to get a few pics of my first (almost) finished squad of tactical marines. I'm quite happy with the results, although my photography skills leave something to be desired.

very nice! if you havent already, invest in a 1mm drill and do those barrels next time. small things make the difference sometime.

thanks, its:-

 

green - vallejo model colour intermediate green, drybrushed in scorpion green, washed in biel tan green.

 

red - mechrite red base, blood red, fiery orange then washed in baal red (i still have lots of old colours)

 

gold - vallejo brass, game colour polished gold.washed in seraphim sepia then highlighted in polished gold again.
