It is pretty huge, and even though its a lofty goal, I'm gunning for the Forgeworld one! This beast fits on the flight base. I hope to have this as sort of a mascot, as I plan to eventually start my own line of miniatures. I'm using Super Sculpey mixed with a block of Sculpey 3 to get that grey color. I actually built this over Crayola modelling clay, the cheap $5 stuff. Most of the time when people sculpt Nurgly stuff on a large scale, it ends up looking 'Blech' in a bad way, because they assume that lumps and messiness fits the theme. You, on the other hand, clearly understand the 'order' to the designs, and it shows. That being said, he seems incomplete to me. And it took me a good few minutes to figure out what was bugging me. He needs a horn. Or a couple. I don't mean that as in 'Oh, yeah, GUO's are supposed to have horns.' I mean that he really needs one for the sake of aesthetics. Or a crown. Or some chains or decorations hanging off of him. Anything, really. He's a swollen infant with bad skin and a crazy sword. Creepy as hell, but not quite there yet. He's stuck at "Great," but by definition, must be "Greater!" The swollen infant part is actually the kind of look I wanted, more "human who became daemon" than "daemon that just stepped out of warp". That's why I didn't put horns on him. But now that you mentioned it, some sort thing to mark him out as Greater would be appropriate. I am finished sculpting, but maybe I could make a crown or necklace or something to add to it. Hmm...
