Maxei
I followed your thread long before I had an account on tBaC... Even with all the incredibly talented people around here, your work is simply outstanding. Chazzmos
This is a Space Wolf test model I've been working on for a long time. It has been stripped and re-painted several times, but I finally achieved a tone of blue-grey for the armour that I'm happy with. It was surprisingly difficult. Please let me know what you think. If folks like it and want to know how it was done, I will produce a guide and do the same for the other loyalist legions. This is beautiful! Please do make a guide, I loved your other guide on your blog. LutherMax
Thanks both! Another addition to my Raptors that I finished over the Xmas break – the first of two Contemptor Dreadnoughts with magnetised arms so I can swap out the weapons. keeblerartillery
How did you make those rocks for the bases? I’m about to embark on a project for my Carmine Blades and wanted to make a bunch of similar bases - but in marble. Thanks Luther! LutherMax
Thanks both! @ keebler, they’re resin, I got them here: https://www.unrealwargamingstudios.co.uk They’re not the cheapest but they are excellent quality and come in all sizes with lots of variation. They have a special offer running in Jam too, 20% off I think! sockwithaticket
Every time I see your Raptors scheme I squee a little, it's perfect and makes me want to do some (then I slap myself upside the head and offer a reminder about all the other ongoing projects...). keeblerartillery 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/282574-luthers-wosp-works-of-slow-progress/page/32/#findComment-5226270 Share on other sites
LutherMax
Thanks for the comments! @ sock, I feel ya – soooo many projects I wanna dooo!! Anyway, on the Raptors I have a game coming up and needed a second power sword lieutenant, so I used my little conversion on the 500th store exclusive model.
