Zeller Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 I've tried bottle matte sealer before and it was really finnicky. I would apply it and move it around like a paint to cover area but it would begin pulling the paint with it. Bear in mind this is paint that has been dry for...probably years.
