We'd have it no other way! :lol: I usually shave the slots to make them a bit wider whenever I come across a thicker tab, though if the whole range has them it may be less hassle to crush them?

I really like how Kreedov is coming out. I think you can do a brown for the jacket, but perhaps something a little darker looking, something that looks like dark leather.

I'm really hoping you get a couple squads up and running as I have a friend  that has something like 3 platoons  of Vostroyans an it just kills me that he's not painting them. Perhaps you will shame him. :)

So, things have been a bit slow of late, here's a couple of grunts hanging with Kreedov:

I've done some basic washes, and also started to undercoat some more grunts:

 

 

Pretty soon Kreedov will have a whole unit to boss about. :)

Looking very good now thanks to the washes, Kreedov will get the troopers he deserves :) Have you thought about a bit of highlighting on the hats to give them a bit more depth? Could just be a bit of dry brushing.

I agree with WarriorFish I think a bit of dry rushing on the fur will really make it "pop".

Oh absolutely, my normal process for a basic troops is basecoat, wash, layer/drybrush x2, edge highlight x2 and freehand where required, so these guys have a way to go yet!
