Need help deciding one of my color schemes

I'm in the process of deving, writing, and building a Nurgle Mono-god aligned Iron Warrior Warband.  I have a faction emblem made for them and two army lists for the warband, I just need to select the color scheme, I have quite a few and I am very welcome to critique and change recommendations on palettes.  I have some other issues to work out (can't pick a damn name), but that's a separate issue entirely. 

 

Emblem, likely to go on a Banner or two.  Will simplify for the badges.  The colors are based on Rust and the several variations of its Hex coloring.  Many of the schemes have Black Pauldrons based on the regular Iron Warriors, while some are inspired by other Warband schemes.

Scheme 1 is mainly based on an idea I picked up from the original Iron Warriors colors.

Scheme 2 is a bastardized mix of the Steel Brethren and another idea I pulled.  I don't particularly like it.

Scheme 3 is actually based on the way the color layout is on the Claws of Lorek.  Minus the Tiger stripes unfortunately.

Scheme 4 is a rusty version of The Purge colors.

Scheme 6 The gray was to offset the trim and other colors having black.

Hmm. Why not go for the regular Iron Wariors scheme with added rust and pus?

By the by - I prefer the look of Schemes 4 and 5.

3 or 6 would look great on the battlefield

I prefer fairly simple schemes myself, and I like the looks of schemes 1 and 6 the best, followed by the ones that just use black as the secondary color. The icon is fantastic. Are you going to freehand that or get it onto some transfer sets?

I think schemes 3 and 4 look good, for what it's worth.

4-6 are my favorites.  I may just end up doing 6 but making the backpack all black, but that's a different option ;).

I like Scheme 2 a fair bit, to be honest. 4 and 6 are my favorites, but with slight variations I can see all three of those being fielded together, with whichever one is your favorite being dominant. Iron Warriors are probably much more mindful of their wargear than other warbands, but they'll still have to replace things piecemeal as they fail, out of necessity.

 

5 looks too much like he up and joined the Black Legion to me, showing loyalty to both the warband and Abaddon.

Four or five?   Four was based off The Purge, five is based off the Claws of Lorek with the exception of reversing three.

Oops, counted wrong. I meant 3, actually. I think it's the gold. It makes me think of the pictures from the previous CSM codex where it'd show Berzerkers but with one leg painted in Black Legion colors, or whatever. But if the metal is a different, rusty color instead of straight black/gold like Abby's boys, then I think it works. 5 and 7 have just as much black and look fine.

I've decided on a scheme, finally.  I modified 6 a little, and this so far takes my fancy.
