as of this moment working on my first vow points total & digging through things for my 1st vow & getting pics of it all & all that junk....waiting on some (about half of what I want to vow so unable to take pics yet)mail order to arrive so digging around for first vow etc & what not../planning it ,no worries I shall add my vow asap etc...good start everyone keep it up(I've been watching painting vids like mad & waiting on final paints/models to arrive ,then I will launch into painting /assembly with the a ZEAL!

2x Land Raider Crusaders with Deathwing Vehicle @560pts

1x Land Raider @250

1x Predator Annihilator, with Hunter Killer MIssile @150

1x Aegis Line @50

 

Vow 1 vehicles and fortifications

for a total of 1225pts from Codex: Dark Angels by August 1st. Success will bring glory to the 1st Legion and failure will doom me to bear the Badge of Shame til years
end.

In addition to the vow above, I take upon myself two penance vows,

firstly, I the Dark Andels do not lead in completed points by the

Sign-up cut-off date Jun 1, I shall paint a Special Character from eaxh

sub-forum ahead of us. Secondly, should The Dark Angels not claim the

title of Primus Inter Pares, I vow to paint one Special Character from the winning Sub-Forum.

Success will bring eternal glory to the Dark Angels and the Lion and failure will doom me

I enter with these models to repent for my past sins and redeem myself in the eyes of our Primarch and my Battle Brothers. I didn't finished them last year and for it I wore the Badge of Shame. Now I have the chance to expunge that stain on my honour.

I have to confess that I was havering whether to stay with the Dark Angels this year or get cracking with my new Adeptus Mechanicus force... then I saw the terminator contest with the Space Wolves and I couldn't pass that up. So here we go again, more Deathwing.

OK guys, we need to speed up recruitment or we'll have more Templars commenting in this thread than DAs!

Just to give you a bit of an insight, the Templars alone have managed 27 recruits so far vs. our 18! And this is a Chapter that's part of a Codex!

We really need to start building up our numbers (I'm talking participants here - not point values).
