Praefectus Invictus
SSSSSSQQQQQQUUUUUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! *ahem* now back to business. Quickening looks pretty bad to be honest, I know its either to the psyker or a character within 12 inches but it just seems to much like a downgraded warp speed. EDIT: and alos I'd rather have a base +3 to I and A rather than leave it to a D3 roll...
Rafen IX
Is it just me or does the Ws and bs look like it's 5?

sockwithaticket
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Dread with a multi-melta that appears to be neither the AOBR dread nor the FW arm? Interesting.
Pascalnz
mate, the quickening is awesome. you can bank on getting it, unlike warp speed. so you know you can get your libby dread to have at least plus one initiative and attack and fleet, meaning it's going to wreck every other walker. It also means you can make a unit's well equipped veteran sergeant a right little beast in combat and challenges. And the thought of what that power could do to some of our special characters is mindblowing.. or even our battle brothers like.... a warlord knight lancer?:P[knight warlords are characters]
Slave to Darkness
New pics! Apparently, this unit entry says max squad for Sanguinary Guard is... wait for it... 10!!!! I can't make it out though? Anyone else? http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Fn7l-Do_ozA/VH7YWn_PB3I/AAAAAAAABM8/5d34A7mx95s/s1600/IMG_5109.jpg Amazing isnt it, we can now land a probe on a lump of moving rock yet we cant master taking a picture on a phone without it blurring, unless its ment to be like that, 'we will tease them with a picture of something they cant read'... simison
BAAAHHHH! Why can't the pictures be clear!? The torture, oh the torture. And I'm trying to resist squinting because my eyes already need glasses.
Jorre
I bet we see a much better picture in the next 6 hours or so.... The blurry one always leaks first like they cant get a good shot the first time!

Shaezus
165 pt sanguinary guard you say........ almost worth it? Honestly I think it's still too high. Either way they'll defs get a chance when the new codex hits, they've been collecting dust for too long. Compared to the cost of 5 vanvets with power weapons 165 points looks good for SG. Even compared to ASM, as it's hard to put a value on obsec which is of situational value in 7th ed. But if they make Dante worth taking, this could be a moot point. Can't wait to use them again. Remtek
4++ would be a little bit too good -- they'd be better than terminators. Although maybe they should be? I'd certainly take it but don't really see that happening. Hard to say, termies have 3++ and better weapons, but the 12" move is huge. I don't think 4++ is that crazy to give, but yeah i doubt that will ever happen. 165 as they are now is still to much unless your playing with alot of LoS blocking terrain. SonOfThunder
TH/SS terminators can't shoot. I wouldn't mind changing the angelus boltgun in the SG for an invul save, but since the minis are what they are, it's not happening. Closest thing is a sanguinary priest with them with FnP, which is worse against high AP, specially if it IDs, but better against massed small arms fire, so it's a bit of a tradeoff. Hopefully jump priests will be cheaper too. And keep their FnP bubble or at least give it to the unit they go with. Special rules seem to list 2 rules, don't know what the first one is (fearless?), the second could be furious charge (which the dread has as well). This could be what the red thirst has become. If furious charge is now an army-wide thing, it'd make sense that the priests are either cheaper, or grant some new bonus.

Anyone else? http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Fn7l-Do_ozA/VH7YWn_PB3I/AAAAAAAABM8/5d34A7mx95s/s1600/IMG_5109.jpg This dreadnought's body is from the current dreadnought kit, but has a Multi-Melta which is not present in the current kit. The Multi-Melta looks pretty similar (almost identical in fact) to the AOBR one, with the purity seal over the canisters.. Make of that what you will. Might be a new dreadnought kit on the way, might not be. EDIT: Also, I'm working on enhancing the image, will post the result. Currently what I can tell for sure is that the Dreadnought is 100pts and it's an Elites choice, no longer Heavy Support.

Luca Pacioli
ITS SO FLUFFY!!! Ahem. A little excited. Are those terminators by the dread? If so are they the old ones...
SonOfThunder
The dread doesn't have several profiles, so the Furioso will retain its own entry, it won't be an upgrade for the regular dread.

Zembar
interesting that the dread has moved to the already overcrowded elite selection, from heavy support. Same thing in the SW and GK codices. Probably just normalising some things across the entire astartes line.
Midnightmare
Wonder if the dc will be in there too? Or stay as troops. Or even (the horror) no force org - that would be awesomely fluffy
Angelus Mortifer
SG look like they have Fearless and Furious Charge. Interesting that the Special Rules section doesn't list "Chapter Tactics" in the same way that regular SM had, but then maybe it's just mentioned at the front of the army section as being *this* for BA. Can't remember how SW were listed and don't have my book to hand. Would be nice to see a bit more than just one USR for our "Chapter Trait"... but considering all the other squeeee-ness, I could probably let it pass
Nicodemus Doloroso
165 as they are now is still to much unless your playing with alot of LoS blocking terrain. Sorry, I can't hear you over the sound of how awesome 165 point SG is (from a guy who still used them at 200). I'll take 165. And although the picture is hilariously bad (seriously, you couldn't take a worse pic if you tried -- which makes me think that GW itself leaks these pics to build hype), the third entry down is clearly an upgrade that costs double-digit ponts, and the size of the characters sure looks like neither is a one so a deduce that that entry is not the price of an upgrade to a power fist, but may well be a price for additional SG. Being able to up-size the squad to 10 would be great.

Zembar
I'm also wondering why venerable dreads are not listed as a line on dread. Either BA doesn't get that upgrade, or it's a separate entry for some reason.
