Where can I find all these summed up?

On my blog here I have a compilation of pretty much everything: http://dedard.blogspot.com/2014/12/blood-angels-compiled-mega-post.html

Adding a couple things as I type this.

Rumors on new rules in the Codex:

• Death Company: Drop to WS4. Retain all previous USRs. Upgrade to Jump Pack appears to be 5 points per model. Still listed in the Troops slot.

• Death Company Dreadnought: Drop to WS4. Loses Fleet. Still ignore Shaken and Stunned results. 6 attacks on the charge (3 base + 1 for dual close combat weapons, +2 for Rage). Point costs appear to be the same. Still listed in the Troops slot.

• Blood Talons: Strength x2, AP2, Melee, Shred, Specialist Weapon*

• Magna-grapple: Move Through Cover, Reroll failed Assaults vs. vehicles*

• Deathstorm Formation: Fearless to all models in the formation. If the model was already fearless, they gain counter-attack instead. Once per game, in the assault phase, Karlaen can call a "Bloody Toll" and all models in the formation reroll failed to wound rolls.*

• Captain Karlaen: WS6 just over 150pts. Terminator Armour with Iron Halo, Storm Bolter, and Hammer of Baal: Melee, Concussive, Master-crafted, Specialist Weapon, Unwieldy. Warlord Trait: Strategic Genius: +1 Seize the Initiative, and can re-roll any reserve roll.

• Sanguinary Guard: 165 points. Max unit size is now 10.**

• Dreadnoughts: 100 points. Elite Slot.**

• Blood Angel Primaris Power: The Quickening. Blessing that effects either the Psyker or another character within 12". The target gains Fleet, D3 Initiative and Attacks. Roll once and apply both the result to both Initiative and Attacks. Warp Charge 1.

* - Confirmed via White Dwarf 44.

** - Probable. Images from White Dwarf 45 provide this info (see above), but the text is difficult to read.

Death Company and Death Company Dreadnoughts dropped to WS4. Death Company Dreadnought with Blood Talons, Magna-grapple, and Stormbolter 140 points (same as before). Death Company Dreadnought is no longer Fleet.

Death Company still have 2 Attacks, Rage, Relentless, Fearless, Furious Charge, and Feel No Pain. Appear to be 20 points per model with 5 points to upgrade to Jump Pack. There is a character in the unit named Rafen with 3 attacks, so the Jump Pack cost might be cheaper.

Captain Karlaen has And They Shall Know No Fear, Counter-attack, Furious Charge, and Independent Character. The Hammer of Baal is just a Mastercrafted Thunderhammer.

Terminator Squad has Preferred Enemy: Tyranids. Armed with a Heavy Flamer and Chainfist for 215 points.

Deathstorm Formation is 5 Terminators, 5 Death Company, Death Company Dreadnought, and Captain Karlaen. The formation is Fearless and if you already have Fearless you gain Counter-attack. Bloody Toll: Once per game at the start of any assault phase all units in the formation reroll all failed To Wound rolls until the end of that phase.

Also Wings of Sanguinius and Unleash Rage are in. No description of how they work.

Fear not Blood Angels players, the fate of the Sanguinary Guard and Death Company Boxes has been uncovered! Games Workshop will be repacking (in the new black box format) and re-releasing them next week, but best perhaps the best news of all is the price will be the same!

41-07 BLOOD ANGELS DEATH COMPANY Plastic Box 6-Dec-14 $33

41-08 BLOOD ANGELS SANGUINARY GUARD Plastic Box 6-Dec-14 $33

The Response from Games Workshop on "Basegate":

The new 32mm bases were a design choice made by the sculptors, to make the Death Company look more imposing. There is no specific base that you have to use for the Death Company, so should you wish to mount them on the smaller 20mm bases this is fine, but if you would rather have the slightly larger 32mm base, this is also fine.

I hope that this helps, but if you need anything further, please let me know.

These are SICK!

Is this the only new bits (and presumably a special weapon bearer) in the kit? Everything else in the tac kit looks like existing DC or Sanguinary Guard to me.

What am I not seeing?

A lot. Take a second look and it should hit you. If nothing else: grav gun and pistol, all of the weapons coming with just a hand molded on rather than a whole arm

It's good that they resemble the existing kits, aesthetic consistency and all that, but they are different. Plus these are by no means all the new bits, looking at the full tactical squad pics these few new ones are showing a small fraction of the new parts.

When did GW have 20mm bases?

Terminator Squad has Preferred Enemy: Tyranids.

Ultramarine terminators: not amused.

Saw the WD today....and from the Deathstorm book it seems that both Karlaen and the Terminators have the Furious Charge special rule. Sooo I think it's pretty obvious that FC might be our army wide special rule?

Oh, and the bits for the Tac Squad are brilliant. all the details on the bolters wub.png
