Well...a little cutting away of Chaos symbols, and a new paintjob, and I have me five Hive Ganger Youths to use as a Conscript Squad for Kill Team! I just put in another order with Victoria Miniatures and my local store. Planning to get ten more men done, convert a Hellhound into an Open-Topped Chimera, and finish the Rough Rider I was doing, (with perhaps a few buddies if it works out well! ^.^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

CoffeeGrunt Posted August 4, 2015 Author Share Posted August 4, 2015 Thanks Fish, it was an old Sentinel going second-hand for a fiver at a local model store that does a lot of trade-ins. At that price I couldn't complain and it made for a great fixer-upper! The Chem Dogs are going to be getting a lot of attention this month. I've just received another box of Empire Archers, a package from Aunty Vick over at Victoria Minis, and a Hellhound to convert into an open-topped Chimera! First out the gate was this guy as my Rough Rider for the Kill Team. Legs aren't ideal, but I'm going to leave it a few days in order to look at tweaking him to fit the theme a bit better. http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s36/coffeegrunt/WP_20150804_21_52_49_Pro.jpg I'll be making up another 10 Dogs, plus a Heavy Weapons Team to round out the Kill Team. A sweet two-person post-apoc biker set would be absolutely perfect for building a little Rough Rider entourage for this project!
