WHAT HAPPENED TO THE EXCESSIVE BANTER?

Guys and gals, we're the Chaos Strategium. At the end of the ETL, we have to at least have filled 100 pages. At this rate, we're not going to make it. OR ARE WE??

I was about to order mine from DreamForge yesterday night ... until I learned they charge US$ 62 for shipping a US$ 114 order. Laughable. I never thought I'd say that, but I get more plastic for my dollars with GW.

YES, YES, OHHHHH, YES...

 

If you read through the original rules post (which I'm sure you did. I know you did. You did didn't you), you'll know that the following are allowed for Chaos:

 

+IA13 and Vraks+

 

Some have already vowed from IA13 too (chaos fire raptor I believe).

 

Basically, vow it what ever it is. If it's not allowed Semper will pop his head in and shout "NO! Thoust cannot doeth that within thy traitorous Chaos forum you scallywag." Or something like that. You know what these dress wearing, handbag swinging Dark Angels are like ;)

Yep, I did indeed read it, but I thought I also saw something about 'Since the Ad Mech folks have waited so long, they are special' or something....

 

Its been a long week and the gym kicked my ass tonight so I'm not quite all here....

Basically you can't use the Ad Mech codex for points. But IA13 is ours so if you can find equivalent in there then do it (please).

 

So who's working on what exciting stuff this weekend?

Excellent, then I'll be doing so.

 

Plan for the weekend is as follows.

 

1 - Finish up my Bloodthirster, and Decimator for part of my first Vow.

2 - Finish the build on everything else I have to wrap up for my first Vow.

3 - Buy Ad Mech (Rangers, a Knight, and perhaps a Reaver.)

4 - Possibly play another game with my Daemonkin.

Thanks, I'm really pleased with how the marble turned out. Was a bit of a happy accident actually, I'm just glad I can replicate it :). I got lucky, bought my leviathan at Salute for £30 and then found out it was retailing for about £48. Wish I'd got the Mortis too now, the dude was selling them for £60 instead of £70+...

it annoys me that we havent overtaken HH yet, but im working hard to prep my upcomming viws still doing s ton of basing, hoping to be done today then basecoat and then get some awsome vows finished, hve my termi lord then Khârn and then a ton of models, and forth the 5th it be pretty much all rhe rest i can build and paint in time :p
