Awesome minis you have here!

 

I am definitely liking your work on the kastelan's heads. Ever since the AM has showed up in 30/40k I have been happy to see them have an actual army with awesome minis. Except the Kastelan...that head of theirs reminds me of Robby the Robot and I never though of them as threatening. Your approach definitely makes them look more intimidating with the faceless feature.

I really liked the Forge World minis for the Ad Mech! Especially the Castellax and the Thanatar. The Kastelans look a bit like them so I figured that those faceless heads would look pretty good on the Kastelans themselves. :D

I just realised this existed! You've got some really nice work here, as usual. :tu:

 

The only thing I'm a little dubious about is the new head you've got for the Kastellans. The greenstuff surface doesn't look very smooth. Is that just the picture?

You're quite right about the heads, they're not as smooth as they should be, yet. Though it doesn't look so bad in real life as on the pictures :P
