When the space station was blown up before the leaders of the loyalists and rebels could arrange for peace. Does Cullns profile give any hints about where his gear came from? The Yak Posted June 3, 2015 Author Share Posted June 3, 2015 Crazy Eight: Well the Sword of the Scorpion is referred too as the chosen weapon of each High Commander so I guess he would have it BUT..... I always think that Space marine Characters would use an abundance of different wargear to get the job done (This may just be the Raptor in me). So I would say equip him how you like, Rule of Cool is number one around here Bro! Jimbo13: Nice Exorcist! Where is the helm from? I know it was not one of your original colour ideas but I like to see Red and Black on Exorcists. I think the deep red MKVI pad with black studs would look pretty menacing and allow the metal on other parts of the model to stand out in contrast. Just my two cents Brother Tyrax: Nice Ironclad weapons. I like the look of them. Also cool idea using the Pod Missile launcher on top! Also your Vaylund is a beast. Hannibal Adats: Need to see those Sternguard painted up. Great Combi grav conversions! I always think Iron Hands or their successors should have variant weapons to show there skill with the old machine and all. Nice choice of shoulder Pad too! Silverghost_90: Nice Issodon. I always imagined him hooded myself. Can we see another angle of Malice? UPDATED TO THIS POINT PS: I have added the OBJECTIVE SECURED rewards to the first post. Purity seals for the loyalist and Maelstrom Warder Badges for the Secessionist!!! Wonder who will be the first to get one on the roll of honour. Ill bet you all £20 it will not be me!!!! I would like to do my version of Phoros. but, my main issue now is do I make my Lamenters Blood angel or vanilla. I don't realyy care for the playstyle of the blood angels, not interested in SG or DC. but, if I go Vanilla, I lose Phoros, and I'll have to proxy...... what do you guys think? Another week or so and I should be able to sit down and paint some tactical marines. I'm working on an Executioners force as we speak so it will give me a good chance to get my ass into gear. Olis knew that he was sworn to secrecy, so let him carry on. A few feet away, a book had fallen from a cart being dragged in bodily by other hapless Serfs. The Badab War chapter two. "Which one?" "My Lord?" "Which Chapter is he researching?" "All of them!" Olis walked back to his cell. There was no way he was going to deal with this, not this time. ++Conn? Ly? You might want to stay away from the reference section for a bit...++ I, Aquilanus, hereby vow that I will paint one model of each Chapter involved in the Badab War on both sides. Lord" "That was before their actions have made me type their names thousands of times on this blasted cogitator, By the All Fathers hairy Backside, I will be avenged!" "Oh my Lord, have you not remembered, the inter-chapter cogitator training course you attended on Medusa? "You really thought I was paying attention then, serf? Really kind of annoying as I want to get cracking on Cal. Also, how useful are Hurricane Bolters on Ironclads? Would you trade the extra CC attack for some anti infantry? The Yak Posted June 4, 2015 Author Share Posted June 4, 2015 I can't really offer advice on this Brother as I'm an aesthetically minded hobbyist. I have a 5 man squad armed with 3 PS, 1 PA & 1PF and whole squad with storm shields. Expensive but have proven lethal with a Jump Pack Chaplain. I only play in a small friendly gaming group (fortunately) though so don't know how useful this would be depending on your regular opponents . Check out the Tactica section here on the B&C. I am sure there is a discussion on VV loadout :-) EDIT: I couldn't see anything myself in the Tactica section after a scan. However there is a good discussion on page 4 in the Raven Guard sub forum.
