Raven Guard - 1750 - Decapitation Strike

Hey everyone, I want to get back into the hobby and I'm waiting on the new codex to drop before I decide whether to start 30k or 40k (or both). In the mean time I've made a list that I'd like some thoughts on.

 

Basic plan is Maun and the apothecary go with the big tactical blob and infiltrate up along with the mor deythan, with the lascannon squad providing long range AT. Drop pods with meltas come down and nuke something, then final tactical squad bolsters the line where needed.

 

Got a few reservations about the list, lascannon squad seems expensive for what it is, maybe swap for fire raptor?

Swap one of the melta squads for plasma? I would be concerned about AT if I did this and swapped out the lascannons.
