Captain Taelos
Volkite - I'm a big fan. Doctor Perils
Like it. For the plane, I was thinking that the canon being the actual fuselage of the craft could be pretty fun : probably an admech flyer ? Raktra
Is there any scope for a volkite landmine or grenade? Trigger the sensor, it flies up into the air, AREA CHOOM. Imagine the death frisbee-ness. Olis
Grenades would be easier to implement into the game than landmines, ruleswise and I do believe the concept has been floated by someone before, hold on... Ah yes, here it is. Twisty suggested it. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/308805-martian-death-ray-club/page/10/#findComment-4092303 Share on other sites

Olis
Depends on what you want the emplacement to do. Culverins are a good choice unless you want anti-tank choom. In that case you'll want one of the larger varieties (detailed in the hidden section in the OP). infyrana
Ok, so there's lots of love for Volkite Calivers in tactical support squads, and there's lots of math guru's in love with Volkite Culverins in heavy support. But what of Volkite Chargers in Tactical Support squads for non-NL armies ? helterskelter
I'd be fine with that, but the range is teeny, terror squads are meant for getting up close and personal and dishing out cc hurt after, support squads would literally need to be in very close support if they took chargers and would probably get squished in short order Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/308805-martian-death-ray-club/page/10/#findComment-4092573 Share on other sites
Slips
Youre better off giving terminators Volkite Chargers than Support squads for the Above reasons Balth highlighted.
